Charming oil painting on oak panel, accompanied by a contemporary carved and gilded wood frame with gold leaf pastille. The work depicts a lively rural scene, where figures can be seen resting along a river. Among the characters are knights and hunting dogs, while a woman is sitting next to a standing man who is taking off his hat. The landscape, of romantic taste, stands out for its good pictorial and stylistic rendering. The painting is in good condition, with minimal restoration work.
