Pair of oil on canvas paintings depicting the Gulf of Naples. In the background, at sunset, architectures and the erupting Vesuvius can be seen, while in the foreground there is the sea with boats and fishermen engaged in fishing. The warm colors used give great beauty to these paintings. The play of shadows, lights and reflections is also remarkable, contributing to making these works well-made. Neapolitan manufacture from the mid-19th century.
