Furthermore, the Virgin Mary holds a flower in her hand, a lily which is a symbol of nobility, candor and purity. It is an ancient oil painting on canvas dating back to the 19th century. The ancient painting is enclosed in a beautiful gilded frame restored in pure gold leaf coeval with the painting. The antique painting is not signed, but it is French painting.
