Beautiful French Burgundy stone fireplace in Louis XVI style, early 1800s. The fireplace is completely original and does not require restoration (SEE PHOTOS). The uprights of the fireplace are deeper compared to the top, the reason being that normally the wall was made inclined to create a hood effect.
