Jacopo Tatti called the Sansovino (1486 - 1570), Italian architect and sculptor, during the sack of Rome in 1527 took refuge in Venice, importing the Roman and Florentine Renaissance models. From him was born the Sansovinesque style that combines the classical Roman and Florentine forms with the Venetian culture.

Beautiful walnut frame carved and carved with phytomorphic motifs, caryatides and cherubin heads.

Perfect patina, work of valuable cabinetmaking in Sansovinesco style.

Jacopo Tatti detto il Sansovino (1486 – 1570), architetto e scultore italiano, durante il sacco di Roma del 1527 si rifugiò a Venezia, importandovi i modelli rinascimentali romani e fiorentini. Da lui nasce lo stile sansovinesco che coniuga le forme classiche romane e fiorentine con la cultura veneziana.

Splendida cornice in noce intagliato e scolpito con motivi fitomorfi, cariatidi e testine di cherubino. 

 Perfetta patina, opera di pregevole ebanisteria in stile sansovinesco.
