Northern Italy, early 19th century
Cabinet with a small drawer and a larger compartment
closed by a shutter that slides to the right.
Pyramidal legs in Louis XVI style
decorated with a small half-round frame
The top features an inlay of light and dark woods
that runs along the frame.
A centerpiece finish,
it can also be used as a coffee table between two sofas,
a lamp stand in a corner,
or other locations where it is visible on all four sides.
Restored and polished with shellac,
inside and out.
