Pair of Art Deco bedside tables, Hungarian manufacture
first half of the twentieth century.
Column bedside tables with a small drawer that serves as a writing desk,
drawer, plus door with a compartment divided in the center by a shelf.
Mirrored door opening
Birch root veneer on the top,
wooden knobs and clamp closure for the doors.
Inside the doors we find the "Lingel" plate
a company active in Hungary since the second half of the 19th century and
internationally appreciated for the production
of design furniture in the Art Deco period.
Restored and polished with shellac
