Set of chairs in bent beech wood made in the second half of the 19th century by the company J & J Kohn. This is the company founded in 1849 by the two brothers Jacob and Josef Kohn, who began to produce seats in bent beech wood and export them all over the world, quickly becoming the main competitors of Thonet production. The company merged with Mundus in 1914 and then with Thonet in 1921. Made of bent beech wood with an open back with the typical curves, the seats are caned.
