Seventeenth-century stool with shaped back and seat with three legs. The three-legged chairs and stools derived from the "Cululis" chair of the ancient Romans. In the Italian Alps Aosta Valley, Val Gardena, Val di Susa there are examples of similar carvings from the XVI to the XVIII century and the most known and the school of Melezet.
