Unique and unmissable, Louis XVI chest of drawers in walnut, from the Emiliana area (Parma) dating back to the end of the 18th century. Incredible furniture for shape and size, extremely full-bodied and imposing, completely gouged with geometric motifs, top in a single walnut axis , tapered pilasters, confirming construction excellence at the highest levels. Truncated pyramidal foot constricted and tapered indicative of period and origin. Hardware present, contemporary and functional. Interior and linings in poplar. No restoration recommended. Viewing and possible collection on site is welcome.
