Empire console with mirror

Console plated in Walnut wood with black lacquered columns and golden details. Made in Italy in the early 1800s, restored and polished with shellac with a wax finish. The original white Carrara marble has small signs of wear and a chip in the rear left corner. The lower part of the console has legs decorated with gilded acanthus leaves, while in the upper part the columns are lacquered in black and the capitals are gilded. The mirror has been replaced over the years and the backrest has not been reassembled. The height to the marble top is 97 cm
