Sicily, first half of the 19th century
The front legs are carved
with zoomorphic figures depicting griffins
The base joining the four legs is shaped and
converges in the center with two curls
The top is made of gray marble with red flakes
Walnut veneer with a dark patina
Restored and polished with shellac
