Description: Elegant pair of corner cabinets characterized by a refined cabinet making typical of the Louis XIV period in Ferrara. The body of the furniture has a pentagonal shape suitable to be placed in a corner of the room, optimizing the space.
The front facade is embellished with an important inlaid panel in a "butterfly" or "radiating" pattern, obtained from the symmetrical arrangement of wooden veneers with mirrored grains, creating a decorative effect of great impact. At the center of the panel is an inlaid motif in a shaped cartouche, delimited by a contrasting boxwood profile.
The door opens onto an internal compartment with a shelf.
The furniture rests on curved "ham" legs, typical of Ferrarese cabinet making, which give lightness and dynamism to the structure.
