18th century folding desk

Desk with flap, early eighteenth century,
in walnut wood with hidden compartments.
Cabinet with carved, curved and slender legs
to support the desk which can be accessed by opening the folding top.
Inside four small drawers that hide,
under the top, two secret compartments.
The exterior is decorated with scroll carvings on the front and frame below.
Antique working lock with key
Northern Italy, early eighteenth century.
The height of the flap when open measures 76 cm and
its maximum depth 85 cm
In good condition,
does not require restoration.
