Description: Antique French Napoleon III desk in precious exotic wood with finely chiseled gilded bronze appliques. The top has a chiseled leather covering surrounded by a gilded bronze border. The front is punctuated by two drawers embellished with vents and handles with a foliate motif in gilded bronze. The four corners are adorned with large half-bust figures of women typical of the period to which they belong. The sides are bordered like the front with bronze profiles with a foliate motif. The opposite face is specular to the main one. The interiors are in oak wood. Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with the traditional shellac and alcohol method, handmade.
