Description: Antique Louis XVI Neapolitan center-of-the-room desk in solid walnut, dating back to the mid-18th century.
The top is surrounded by a beautiful railing entirely inlaid with geometric motifs and has an inlay in the center depicting a mythological figure.
The front is characterized by five drawers highlighted by geometric inlays and features a writing surface above the central drawer.
The side opposite the front side has the same layout with the peculiarity of having mythological figures instead of geometric inlays.
The four legs have the classic obelisk shape typical of the Louis XVI period.
Origin: Naples, 18th century.
