Louis XVI cylinder writing desk inlaid
Louis XVI desk with tilting front and pull-out drawer,
made in France at the end of the eighteenth century.
Elegant and slender with a pyramidal leg,
the desk has inlays in light and dark woods
with geometric motifs on the front and drawers.
The pull-out drawer has burgundy leather with golden decorations.
The top is in gray marble with white veins.
Fully restored with working locks and keys.
The height of the writing surface is 71.5 cm
and its maximum depth when open is 77 cm
