Small drop-front desk veneered in bois de violette, Genoa, 18th century. The shaped drop-front is inlaid with diamond motifs and conceals a structure with six small drawers, three compartments, and a secret. In the shaped belt are two drawers, arched legs ending in metal shoes, cm 94.5x82x45. 2021.42.2.
