SMALL NEOCLASSICAL MARQUETRY WRITING DESK SECOND HALF OF THE 18TH CENTURY
Elegant small writing desk veneered in walnut and olive wood, finely carved. The desk is distinguished by its truncated pyramid legs, typical of the period, and features refined inlays both on the front and on the top, in the center of which is a star, with briar parts that create elegant geometric designs. The piece of furniture has five drawers on the front, ideal and ergonomic for storing objects, and is open, as it is also veneered on the back, allowing it to be placed even in the center of the room. This is a writing desk of great taste and elegance, capable of furnishing any environment with class. Tuscan manufacture of the Neoclassical period, around the second half of the 18th century.
