Chest of drawers in walnut briar with secret drawers
Dresser desk with fold-down top and three wide corrugated drawers on the front.
Venetian legs and lower frame are completely hand carved.
All frames are made of walnut head,
ie wood worked transversely to the trunk of the plant.
Handcrafted in the first half of 1900 near Venice.
The solid wood is covered with plating
in walnut burl and small inserts in various woods.
The folding top, usable as a desk,
go down and leave in your sight six small drawers.
The frame below the top is blocked by a hidden hook that,
once opened, let a secret compartment run,
with inside another six drawers to hold
safe your documents and precious objects.
