Flap Luigi XVI Trevisana late '700
Splendid Trevisan flap of the Louis XVI period, with three drawers, entirely veneered in walnut wood framed in cherry wood reserves with 'Greek style' geometric inlays on the entire surface. The calatoia conceals a beautiful internal chest of drawers, consisting of four drawers, with a central door and, very rare, also entirely inlaid. The cabinet is thus very elegant both closed and open; in fact, we know that the prerogative of this kind of furniture from Trentino and Upper Veneto is the rather rough internal composition, sometimes made of poor wood. Measurements (cm): 128 x 65 x h.120 The flap in question is in perfect condition, original on each side
