Carved baby cot
Carved wooden cradle with wrought iron decoration, made in Italy in the early 1900s. The twisted columns end on feet decorated with masks. On one of them the column continues upwards and ends with a floral decoration made of wrought iron. The cradle is mounted on pins that allow for cushioned oscillation in both directions by an iron blade that acts as a spring. The bottom is of woven net. Restored and polished with shellac with a wax finish
