Rare and precious Secrètaire à abattant veneered in precious woods and fine bronze applications, Piedmont, second half of the 18th century. Dimensions: Height 146 cm Length 60 cm Depth 34 cm Veneer in bois de rose and violet wood with rosewood bands. The front, enriched with shaped panels and decorated in a herringbone pattern, has two drawers in the upper part, two in the lower part and a flap in the middle with the internal top covered in saddle leather. Inside the calatoia there is a large open area divided into two compartments by a shelf, plus another open compartment aimed at dividing the four small drawers, two on each side. & Nbs
