Description: Secretaires Charles X French in eyelet maple with amaranth inlay grafts. The upper part is composed of a calatoia concealing a large open area conceived as an arched compartment resting on six briar maple drawers surrounded by ebony fillets. The calatoio top is covered with a layer of leather edged with an elegant fire frieze. The lower body, much simpler in its construction, is composed of three drawers embellished with an inlay of racemes and leaves. The interiors are in solid oak and still retains the original keys and locks of the time, the top is in black Belgian marble. Origin: France (182
