TRANSITIONAL SIDEBOARD FROM EMPIRE TO CHARLES X, EARLY 1800S
Important mahogany sideboard in a transitional style from the Empire to Charles X period, with two doors veneered in mahogany, dating back to the early 1800s in France. The piece of furniture is completely original in all its parts. Noteworthy is the elegance of the three columns in the shape of a truncated pyramid with a central constriction, ending in bell-shaped feet. Also, note its particular lock. An engraving (JACOB) is present on the back.
The furniture has been perfectly French polished (shellac and pumice stone) and restored by us respecting its patina.
