LOUIS XIV PAINTED CABINET, FIRST HALF OF THE 18TH CENTURY
Elegant fir wood cabinet, finely carved and decorated with distemper in shades of white, yellow, brown, black and green. The structure has canted corners, with corbel feet that enhance its sober and refined line. Equipped with two doors that open thanks to a bronze key, inside there are three ergonomic shelves ideal for storing various types of objects. The pictorial decoration, carefully executed both on the front and on the sides, gives a touch of further elegance to the piece of furniture, recalling geometric intarsia motifs with central lozenges. It is a piece of furniture of great taste and refinement, capable of embellishing any environment with elegance. Made in the Marche region (central Italy), from the Louis XIV period, around the first half of the 18th century.
