CARLO X INLAID SAIL TABLE, EARLY 19TH CENTURY
Elegant walnut sail table, enriched with refined inlays in fruit wood. The decorative inlays, which stand out for their great elegance, adorn the top, legs, and stem of the table with vegetal motifs. On the top, delicate coats of arms, flowers, and musical instruments alternate. The surface of the table has a cambered curvature, while the stem has a triangular shape that ends with three scroll feet, giving the table further refinement. Being a sail table, the top can be tilted and unlocked via a lever located under the top, allowing it to be placed even in the corners of the room. This classy and elegant piece of furniture is able to enrich any environment with taste and style. Italian manufacture of the Carlo X period, early 19th century.
