Late 18th-century Lombard Neoclassical writing desk. The table, openly crafted, is supported by four truncated pyramidal legs, with a drawer in the band. The entire surface is veneered in bois de rose with rosewood borders, bands inlaid with foliage volutes that start from the tails of facing birds of prey, a top with a central rosette and a cameo in the center.
