Pair of solid silver candlesticks, lathe-turned and decorated with neoclassical elements: fluted stem, stepped circular base, gadrooning and chased motifs. Elegant, well-proportioned objects, ideal for both collecting and furnishing. Height: 27.5 cm Base diameter: 12 cm Weight (excluding internal lead): 270 g each They feature three hallmarks that cannot be certainly attributed to known brands: one with a figure similar to an antique forge, one with a stylized ram, probably workshop or laboratory marks Condition - In good general condition - One of the two has a visible weld near the base - Some slight dents distributed along the body - The base is weighted with internal lead, as is often the case for stability reasons Authentic, uncommon objects, with traces of use compatible with age and function.
