Queen Victoria sterling silver condiment stand, Walker Knowles & Co., Sheffield, 1858. This stunning sterling silver condiment stand is a fine example of Victorian craftsmanship made by Walker Knowles & Co. in Sheffield in 1858. The object features an elaborate structure with a round base, decorated with chiseled details in neoclassical style, floral motifs and an elegant beaded edge. It is supported by four ornamental feet that add stability and sophistication. The set includes a mustard pot and six cut crystal bottles, finely crafted with geometric decorations and matching silver stoppers. Some stoppers have holes for dispensing spices or powders, while others are closed for liquids such as oils and vinegars. In the center of the structure stands a decorative handle with an elegant openwork oval, which facilitates transport and adds a touch of royalty to the piece. Irrelevant spoon.
