The shape of the body follows a neoclassical style, with a rounded profile that narrows at the base. Circular pedestal base, decorated with a band of vertical grooves. Hinged lid with shell decorations and a small ornamental element as an acorn-shaped grip. Engraved bands along the upper edges with floral and geometric motifs. The spout shows an elegant curvature, decorated at the top. Wooden handle, attached to the main body with a highly detailed upper and lower section, shaped like figures. Sterling silver marked with 5 hallmarks: Manufacturer's logo: Paul Storr Lion passant: alloy mark. Guarantee of 925/1000 sterling silver title Leopard's head with crown: City of London Date letter year: 1823 Duty mark: King George IV head Dimensions HxWxD 20cm x 19.5cm x 10cm Weight Gross weight: 696gr Provenance Private collection Conditions Slight signs of wear and superficial scratches.
