In the Rococo Revival style, with hand-worked details throughout, surmounted by a lobed oval dome-shaped lid enclosed by a flat wavy edge and decorated with a braided handle detailed with acanthus leaves. The lid connects to a base decorated with fruitful acanthus foliage above sides that center paired heraldic shields engraved with emblems and mottos in Latin. The whole rests on a "C" scroll border decorated with flowers and divided by shell-shaped pendants, above lobed bombé sides.
