Of gently tapering cylindrical form on a flared foot, the body has an applied central band. The hinged double domed lid is lifted by a volute thumbpiece, with a modeled hinge section. The double C scroll handle terminates unusually with a large cast scalloped shell.

Slight signs of wear from age and surface scratches. The 5 hallmarks are present at the base of the tankard. While on the handle we find the manufacturer's logo.
