From the charm and beauty of the first lacquered furniture, seen or imported from the East, the art of Italian lacquered furniture was born, so much so that the first specimens created were very similar to the models - the so-called cineserìe - to then depart and obtain their own stylistic code. In Italy, to create the lacquered furniture, stone pine or Swiss stone pine is worked, light and suitable for lacquering, or walnut for more precious works, with layers of glue and plaster ref.
