Magnificent traveling writing desk for correspondence in walnut and rosewood with precious inlays.19th century.
Lock with original working key.
The writing desk opens at the top with a key to compartments containing 1 original crystal inkwell.
The small open flap allows the larger flap underneath to open onto a green leather section for use as a desk.
The top, equipped with a flap, also acts as a flap that folds down to reveal a paper compartment.
