"National" Cash Register Vintage
Manual cash register, created for the German market in the late 1800s
by the National Dayton Ohio company based in the U.S.A.
Embossed brass structure
with scroll decorations and floral motifs.
On the left is the mechanism for printing the paper copy of the receipt,
The opening door made it easy to change the roller.
At the top, on both sides, is the window that displays the amount to be paid.
The top is decorated with a plate bearing the words "Ihre Zahlung" (Your amount)
embellished with two sea creatures on the sides,
then repeated, in three-dimensional figures, at the base of the cash register.
Object in good condition, not overhauled,
therefore sold as a decorative object.
