Persian GABBEH carpet, typical product of the nomads in central-southern Iran for the ionterno use of their tents: now they have become famous all over the world. This specimen is part of my collection. Measure cm. 160 x 110. The very marked drawing on a bright red background probably represents open pomegranates, to wish prosperity, abundance and fertility.
