Nice size for this Caucasian kilim with small almond motif (botteh): such an ancient design yet with such a modern taste! This specimen dates back to the 30-40s. The dense workmanship and elegance make it suitable also placed on a sofa, because it is shaved. The lighter colored streak is not a restoration, but a color variation: it is a nomadic product, made on always uneven ground. Measure cm. 313 x 186.
