Unusually sober and subdued "tone on tone" colors for this antique SAMARKANDA rug with a river landscape - The pile of the rug is quite shaved and worn in some places, but nothing detracts from the charm of this artifact. It requires a particular (even modern) setting, leaving it completely free, to be admired. cm. 270 x 179 - I am available for furnishing advice.
