LAMP248 - Elegant Murano glass chandelier. It features a central structure richly decorated with floral and foliate elements. Enriched with 12 curved arms, some ending with a saucer in the shape of a bellflower, made of transparent glass with pinkish reflections and pink wavy edges, others in the shape of a leaf. Several decorative pink glass flowers, applied between the arms and on the upper part, complete the floral effect. The lower part ends with a central slope in the shape of a flower, also in blown pink glass. The glass is hand-blown, with a typical striped effect and an aesthetic that combines Baroque elegance and nineteenth-century refinement. The high quality of the glass, the handmade finishes and the delicacy of the floral details make it a valuable piece. Period late 1800s-early 1900s. Origin Venice.
