Refined neoclassical clock in gilded bronze and marble base. The body is made up of a classical depiction with a gilded bronze chariot and swan's head, inside which sits a draped girl playing with a dog. The marble base is trapezoidal, on the sides and front there are also gilded bronze appliques that recall classical motifs. The feet are knob-shaped in gilded bronze. The clock is pendulum-operated and has a weekly winding, also striking the hours and half hours. The object is en pendant with two candlesticks. French manufacture of the neoclassical period, attributable to the 18th century. Measurements: HxWxD 32 x 29 x 11cm
