Simple and refined SUSANI panel, completely embroidered, from Uzbekistan and dating back to the 1950s.
Each girl prepared some for her wedding trousseau, based on her ability and imagination. This one is particularly sober: I have never seen such simple, discreet yet refined ones.
It can be used on the table or on the bed. The embroidery is in silk on a cotton base.
