Description: Pair of antique polychrome porcelain lamps made in the style of Jacob Petit. Both sculptures represent characters inspired by Chinese imperial culture and wear very elaborate garments with detailed decorations including an embroidered dragon, a symbol of power and prestige in Chinese culture. Both figures hold a lampholder designed to support a lampshade entirely made of fabric. Condition: Perfectly working. Provenance: France 19th century Measurements: 40x20 H85cm.
