Ladies and gentlemen, divided into small groups, are depicted spending a pleasant day in a corner of a large park where, near a stream, there is a small pavilion with a spiral staircase in the classic chinoiserie style that was very fashionable at the time. The author, probably a participant in the party, of decent skill, was able to "photograph" a pleasant moment of the affluent society of the time. Signed Adele Casana and dated 1854.
