Ancient large oil painting on canvas depicting Jesus Crucified. A work of great pathos and a detailed brushstroke, expressed especially in the anatomical proportions and in the drapery. Certainly painted by a valid seventeenth-century master of the genevose area. Good conservation conditions, traces of time and widespread lack of pigment (as shown in the photos). The painting has an old reintelo and has been placed in a simple wooden strip frame. Genoese school, 17th century period. Dimensions with frame: cm 86 x 120 h.
