The parade or display plate is a type of artistic tableware object used, since ancient times, for ornamental and celebratory purposes. Mainly intended for display, they were placed on sideboards and tables to be admired during sumptuous banquets. Parade plates are large in size, between 40 and 50 centimeters in diameter and sometimes more, as in this case.
This precious collector's plate can be hung as an ornament, or used as a centerpiece, displayed on a set table to offer fruit or other dishes, or it can be enriched with a light placed on the circular rim.
