Igni Torino (1935 - 1945) Fanciulla con geese The Igni Torino factory founded by the ceramist Torinese Lionello Franchini and already active at the end of 1935. The name as the brand alludes to the fire, one of the four elements that combine to create the ceramic. To the realization of models particularly appreciated and sought, contribute first-rate artists, already active to Lenci, like Camillo Ghigo, Ines Grande, Claudia Formica, Otto Maraini, also collaborations with Abele Jacopi and Giovanni Grande. The models range from profane subjects to those of a devotional nature. The factory exists for about a decade and then succumbs to the war crisis. Size: 22 x 40 cm &
