Seikozan - Outstanding Tea bowl
Satsuma ceramic tea bowl decorated with central reserve depicting Shinto ceremony. On the internal and external walls numerous characters representing the social classes of the Edo-Meiji period, with archers in archery and the snow-covered Mount Fuiji, for a tortal of 75 characters. Seikozan signature in gold under the base. Provenance: Japan Period: Meiji late 19th century. Dimensions: 12 x 6 x 6 cm. State of conservation: Very good
