DescriptionWooden sculpture depicting Christ at the column. The pathetic imprint of the composition, alongside the refinement in the execution of the extremities and the face, bring this sculpture closer to the school of Northern Italy. It is difficult, at this stage of study, to attribute it to a specific master; it would be a stretch. The work is to be considered executed around the second half of the 17th century, first half of the 18th century.
