Jean Bulio, born in 1827 in Fabrègues and died in 1911 in Montpellier, was a famous French sculptor, known for his bronze cast sculptures. In 1851 he entered the Academy of Fine Arts. He preferred historical subjects or mythological allegories. He exhibited his works several times at the Salon, entering for the first time in 1859 with a Pandora in plaster.
